Received Defective or Faulty Items
If your order arrives damaged or doesn't function as described, please reach out immediately. We accept responsibility for issues arising during manufacturing or shipping.

- Once we confirm the problem, we'll swiftly arrange for a replacement or refund, often without the need for return.
Please note: Our warranty here covers manufacturing defects only and excludes:

- Normal wear and tear
- Fading caused by sun exposure
- Post-purchase alterations
